Bought a PlayStation 5 Portal via online. I went to pick up the package today from Makro Riversands earlier today. I just opened the brown shipping box and noticed that the internal Official PlayStation box had a bulge on on side… I thought this very odd, as a factory box seals without any bulges. I then looked at the tamper proof seal and it was broken and stuck over with dirty cello tape!!!! I PAID FOR A BRAND NEW UNIT AND I WAS SHIPPED A USED ONE. HOW DARE MAKRO DO THIS!!! PLEASE CHECK WHICH EMPLOYEE PACKED THIS AND FIRE THEM, ITS BOT FAIR BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE STORE TO RETURN THIS AND I WORK FROM 8am AND ONLY GET BACK HIME AT 7pm… this is unacceptable!!!
