Cynical treatment

Hi i went to the store to redeem my voucher but unfortunately I lost the card at the store,I was told I must go to accounts to report it I went there but I couldn’t get the full response by a lady called tebogo she gave us attitude of not wanting to help me I kept on coming back to her but still the same attitude I believe if I was a white person I would’ve got all the help that I wanted,later a cashier suggested I must go to Lebogang n she explained what’s going to happen and she will call me tomorrow…I reported the matter 09 December 2024 4:04 so I don’t know if this is how Makro operates when one can give black customers attitude I would suggest they do something about this I didn’t like the treatment Tebogo from accounts gave us please assist on this matter.
