I recently complained regarding trying to purchase a ps4 deal advertised on makro's website.the item was out of stock even though the system still showed stock on hand.after initially receiving a response from makro online apologising, they went a bit quiet.i received a call from Siva Nesen about a week later and they honoured the deal for me.I want to thank Siva Nesen for acknowledging the fault and to honour the deal. After ordering the deal I waited 1 day for the stock. I'm a very happy customer and thank full that there are people that will still go the extra mile.Makro has gained a tremendous amount of respect from me.
