Cyber monday disaster

I purchased a 55\ TV at R8999 on the website during the cyber monday sale. After making payment the site crashed and I couldn't get back in. I then phoned the call center. Agent 1 said he will check and get back to me...which never hapened. Agent 2 said I should check the next morning...the order had vanished from the trolley by then. I then logged a query online....no response. I then tried the call center again. They said no payment received and asked for proof. I could only give a screenshot of my internet banking. I asked for confirmation of receipt...no response. So what do I do now. The order is pendi g...money been deducted already and cant get feedback from the call center. Only thing left to do is open a case of theft at the local police station."
