Cutting tree machine
Hello, I have a complaint please assist, I bought 2 machines that cut trees at Makro crown mines store last year May and was given 2 years guarantee, so late last year I had a problem with both machines I sent it back so that they can assist me hence I was still on 2 years guarantee, I took it back but to my surprise they only managed to fix one and the other one they want me to pay for it to be repaired,I escalated the matter to the management but they keep on saying they will look at the matter ,now early ths week I received a message that I have to come and collect the machine with payment or else they will sell it, I wonder how because is still on guarantee. Please assist
