Ordered a spa vest online. Despite having picture and size wrong product and wrong size was sent to me. Called Makro support centre and was told that the product has been removed on the morning of my receipt of incorrect order. Requested a refund and after two weeks Makro credited cost of product only.

I am a disability patient, who actually depend on honest dealing of online shopping.

They sent the wrong product, so why must I bear the brunt of shipping cost.

Had they sent the correct product, I would have been happy with purchase. Why must I pay for some *********** staffs mistake.

Tried to log a call but their fault system does not accept complaints and I get emails from staff saying I must use the fault logging system.
