Customer Services Issue

On the 01 April 2020, I placed an online order with Makro and later was advised that Makro Strubens Valley is busy with my order. On the 03rd was contacted by a lady saying they busy with packaging but tomato sauce was out of stock. Few days later my order was delivered, still no tomato sauce. I called the customer service department (***) and advised them and was told I will be reimbursed. Received email from Lesego Modise and then Katlego Kwakwa who advised me that my query has been escalated since 16th. When I am making follow-ups I no longer receive responds. And to my disappointment I was trying to avoid the long queues during this Covid-19 and have to now follow a big wholesaler like Makro for R71. Very disappointed I tell you.
