Customer service terrible at makro

Hi , I had chatted to the appliance manager regarding a return and installation of my washing machine as both units that were purchased were defective , He had agreed to doing rhe installtion and delivery for free ,and now denies stating that he said he will install for free . This issue has become quite frustrating as I had to call him multiple times over the week to arrange , without any effort from him .
