Customer service sucks

We ordered a headboard online through Makro, we have been taken from pillar to post, to find out when we will receive our delivery but no luck. The consultants seem to be working from home , so unprofessional and unproductive. All we received was a text saying our parcel is on the way, no tracking IF nothing. Makro sucks, so unprofessional
