Customer Service Sucks!

Extremely disgusted with their Customer Care service. We bought a 13kg Candy washer dryer Machine and paid extra for the extended Garentee. We have not even had the washing machine for a year and it has given out on us. I have been fighting with Customer care for almost two months to try and get this sorted out. They sent a technician out with the wrong information, therefore ended up ordering parts for one issue and not the other. They gave the technician the wrong name too! I was told that we would get a refund or replacement machine just to hear they are ordering parts?! No man, and on top of it all, I have not been kept in the loop with anything, I keep having to phone for updates! TWO MONTHS NO WASHING MACHINE!
