Customer service non existant

I logged a complaint/request more than a week ago and received a mail 6 days ago that someone will contact me but still nothing has happened.

I have phoned the call centre 3 times now and was ons hold for 30-40 mins everytime with NO ANSWER.

You stopped my debit order for december but I do not want this as this will result in a double debit the next month and I phoned you 3 times to fix this STILL WITH NO ANSWER.

Call me urgently to resolve this matter.
