Customer service is the worst. Customer is NEVER right

Be very careful when you go out and buy from them this Black Friday. I purchased a washing machine a year ago and when I tried to return it within 14 days so I can get a different one from them, I was not assisted. The washing machine has been sitting in my house unused as I have been taken from pillar to post with absolutely no solution to my problem. The last call I received from them was in September and they made a promise to escalate my case but till this day I have received no help. Their customer service is the worst😡 Now I see all these nice specials for Black Friday but when I look at this washing machine that I’m unable to use I just become angry DON’T PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM MAKRO!!!
