Customer Service is ridiculous

I purchased a tablet for my daughter online which i have been paying it on Layby my last payment was in August to this day i have never received the tablet . when i phone them either the call is on voice record non stop one or either the call is put is am being put from pillar to post yet at the end i still cant get help, i find that so unprofessional that i am holding on a call for an hour not even one person can pick up. guess what at the end i still don't have my tablet. Haaiboo what kind of Business are you running some succus ?
