Customer service is poor

I have placed an order on the 18th/12/2024,called the store to no availability and I have been the 1st caller on the line for 2hours.also called makro national call center for help but they couldn't help me get my delivery,one cannot buy something in 2024 and receive in 2025 as if it was purchased internationally...Such a disappointment and disgrace to customers.i have call makro call center for the whole 30th/12/2024 and they too did not help me with my order...
