Customer service is pathetic

Ordered something online, delivery company doesn't give you sufficient notice that they are coming on the day so you can make the necessary arrangements. Then you get a call from the courier that they are at your gate within an hour of that sms that says that your delivery will be coming today. Courier service is impatient and calls twice within one minute, if you don't answer that is it, forgetting that people are actually working and when you call back they are gone already. The next morning they mark your order as delivered just to meet their SLA even though it hasn't been received by the customer. I spent the past 4 days just trying to get feedback from their customer service and all they ever say is that they will follow up with the Courier company, pathetic service. To say I am shocked is an understatement. They cannot even tell me when my oder will be delivered , no ETA, nothing, so I must be home everyday all day just in case.
