Customer service

Im so disappointed by this store now(Makro Strubensvalley?) ...... It use to be the best in customer service from sales floor all the way to Frontend team but of late or in the passed year or so your front line is becoming the worse your supervisors I'm not sure whether you changed them or you cut done on their salaries but I'm sure you did something.Then the cashiers they always chatting to each while having customers and they are so loud. The last time I was there I was assisted by Tsonga or Venda lady yhoo she was making a hell of noise with the supervisor.If you can't fix this you will loose many customers. @MakroSA
