Customer satisfaction NOT a priority at Makro!

I bought. Milex Steam Blaster on 25 April 2021. It was the biggest waste of money as the product does not live up to the promises made on the box and definitely does NOT blast steam! I just missed the 15 day return date due by a few days for unforeseen circumstances. The product just does not do want I expected it to do! Over a hour’s wait at Makro Germiston Returns and no customer satisfaction! It is obvious customer satisfaction is not a priority!
