customer (no) service

if I could write a book I would. Purchased a brand new Samsung television from Makro Alberton on 05/08/2020 only to find that the TV had black lines on the screen and then completely went black. No picture. Then the fun started. Phoned Makro, eventually after 15 tries i got through. Sipho assisted and would phone me back in 5 min. After one hour I phoned back. Still discussing with manager but nothing they can do as don't have the box. After another 76 tries and one very disappointing call to the head office I packed up the tv and drove 40km to Makro Alberton. Was there from 11am to 3pm struggling with refund. Excuse after excuse. Your service is non existing and disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Bunch of *******
