Customer care non existent and pathetic
Been waiting g over 2 weeks for my order to be corrected as well as for a refund of a product they did not deliver. My child can only drink lactose free milk and they thought it's good enough to send fat free and then never rectify their mistake. Phumile Ngwenya is useless and Mgulungi gives false promises.

07 Aug 2023, 05:40Today is the star of week 3 with no milk for my child at this point a exchange is unacceptable I would also like to be refunded and compensated for the total lack of common sense. I have now been given the delivery managers name and number so I myself can see to sort this out.
WHAT? YES ME THE CUSTOMER HAS TO NOW TET 3 WEEKS LATWR TO SORY THIS OUT MYSELF! WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE???

I understand this will take 5-7 working days at which point it will be (4)FOUR WEEKS, almost a whole month,to then again place a order that will take however long that order takes that I have had to just deal with not having lactose free milk, as my child is lactose intolerant, for me to get my own money back. I see no service here at all. More problem causing then problem solving going here. Wish I could give minus stars
