Although Ive never had issues with Makro online orders, after the recent unrest in Kzn I was left in the dark and frustrated, my orders where dispatched but could not be tracked, dispite numerous calls to customer care, every call was just escalated with no positive feedback, this went on for two weeks until the Customer care manager Farzana contacted me, she quickly made things happen and before I knew it my order was found and the next day delivery was made. A big thank you to the Customer care manager who contacted me and continued to follow up until I received my delivery, Thank you
