I bought some items online that did not qualify for delivery, and I did not realize this when I checked out. The option to pick up was not going to be possible for me. As I was still wondering how to get it sorted, Ms Vutivi Maluleke stepped in to assist with proper delivery arrangements. I am writing to acknowledge her excellent focus on customer service.
