customer care
got a phone call from Montague branch that my vaccum cleaner was fixed and i could come and pick it up. came down and then get told they cant find it but will deliver it home to me. now is the 3rd day and nothing has happened. have called twice and they say they will get them to call me back from the branch but noone has called me back. have emailed 3 times and only get told that they have escalted it and they will let me know when they hear back from the branch, again nothing has happened. very surpriced that there is no one that can get hold of anyone in the branch from their headoffice.

seems like you have alot of complains since you need a whole team just for HelloPeter
have just come of a call with one of your team members that said that they are logging a call for the branch manager to call back but cant say when that will be happening. so no diffrent as to what the other calls and mails have said for 3 days. obviusly the store itself care even less about their customers.
