Customer bullying, Guarantee service non-existent and False advertising

I bought a Wahl hair clipper Thursday 8/09/2020 afternoon and I got home and started cutting my son's hair. The machine just died and did not work any more. Friday afternoon after work 9/09/2020 I returned it and I found a very rude lady who asked me first question how many people did it cut? My answer was it is not written how many it must cut. The service is pathetic, they checked in the machine I have to wait for 6 weeks as their own turnaround time while I am suffering. This is customer bulling and false advertising as the state and claim 1 year warrantee while there is no even 1 day warrantee. I previously used Game and their service was excellent in return bought a lawn mower and they replaced it same day.
