Customer abuse

On 26 September 2023 I ordered an electric citrus presser online from Makro to the value of R1499. Latest delivery date of of my order was 2nd October 2023. On 10 October 2023 Makro informed me that they canceled my order because their supplier could not deliver the item and my money will be refunded within 10 working days. To date after several enquiries to Makro I have still not received my refund and no confirmation from them as to when I will receive my refund.
