Crummy Makro service

I have placed a few orders this year and there has been a problem with each and every one of them. My latest order placed on 17.2.2026 : ordered 2 x memory foam pillows on O/No OD***, recv'd notification of delivery for 24.2.2026. Today is 9.3.2026 and I'm still waiting. Sent 3 emails requesting update, nothing. Called this morning and was advised that the courier didn't collect, so they will now have to re-request the order. They simply couldn't care less anymore. Well done Makro, you won't be seeing me again.
