Don't support or buy online from Makro! Bunch of idiots. Their business model sucks and they will advertise an item even if they dont have stock! I placed an order on the 7th December 2022 for a kitchen sink mixer. Order was online and available and I effected immediate payment. Took my money and order still in limbo and obviously blaming 3rd party supplier. Trying for the past few days to get a refund and to cancel the pending order to no avail. No feedback from WhatsApp line, no telephonic response. Order was confirmed. When I returned to the app it indicated the item was not available or in stock. Plain to see their business strategy, let's you place an order that's advertise as in stock and for delivery within 5 days, takes your money and then make you wait until the item is back in stock for delivery when it suits them, probably in a few months time! Misleading and false advertising of items and you cant fulfill the promise that the item is available and payments are accepted. ********* business practice!!! Stay away from these ****** and pay back my ****** money!!
