Credit Card *****

There was a ********** transaction done on my Makro Credit Card on the 16th October 2020, I alerted Makro and an investigation was done and concluded on the 25th November 2020, where I was issued a new card and money revised into my account. On the 23rd of December another ********** transaction was done on my Makro Credit Card, I raised it with Makro and RCS and I still have gotten any response/feedback from both Makro and RCS to date. How is it that in less than a month, there be a ********** transaction on a new card???
