Cracked TV

I purchased a 55” tv on 19-06 at Makro Springfield and when I got home the TV had a crack when I went back to Makro to complain I was told it could not have been their sales people because they are trained.I am disappointed at the service and lack of consideration from the staff for them to automatically place the blame on me when the sales lady also handled the tv ,I only did when I was placing taking it out. I need answers
