COVID 19 - WHEN IS MAKRO GOING TO COME TO THE PARTY FOR OUR SENIOR CITIZENS?
My 70 year old mother went to do shopping today at Makro for the home that she lives in, in Bartle Road. The lines were sooo long with sooo many people and the restriction on amount of people that are allowed to go in at one time made the wait EXTREMELY long. Her and her colleagues eventually had to leave without shopping. WHEN IS MAKRO GOING TO COME TO THE PARTY FOR OUR SENIOR CITIZENS???

25 Mar 2020, 17:15As discussed with Zwelie, I would like feedback on the measures that Makro is going to put in place for our Senior Citizens. They are extremely vulnerable to Corona-virus. Underlying medical conditions face higher odds of getting really sick or dying from Covid-19, particularly those with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, lung disease, cancer etc. Having one or more of these conditions increases a person’s risk of severe symptoms.
Being in public places with masses of people is putting them at risk of being infected and transferring the infections to other people, those around them, family members, friends etc. If they are residing in an old age home this could lead to a catastrophe.....
