Courier company delivered my goods to wrong address and I haven't received my goods for more than a month.

I ordered canon paper and other A4 paper. I only received A4 Paper. And My canon papers were delivered to wrong address. And I phoned call Centre and reported this problem of delivering to wrong address by courier company. And she said she was going to check and let me know. It has been a month since I reported the problem and never received any feedback from Makro. I cannon believe why this courier company deliver my goods to wrong address which happened a couple of times already. Takealot will always tell me when they deliver and you have to present it to courier company so that no one else can receive the parcel beside the person who has the code which sent to your phone from courier company. But Makro Courier company can deliver to any address and any person can receive the parcel. Please refund me or send me the products again to me. My order number is MAK***.
