Counterfeit Items Labelled as Genuine

Be wary when purchasing items on their website - they apparently do not vet their third party suppliers, and allow them to sell counterfeit electronics while labelling them as made by the original brands (in my case a pair of AirPods, stated to be manufactured by Apple). They also take little accountability for this when you send it back, being unwilling to provide the product as described for the original amount paid - refunds only. Very disappointing, and a serious knock to their credibility.
