Couches never delivered

Bought a couch 2 weeks ago and still yet to have it delivered keeps on getting delivered despite the app saying it will be delivered on a certain date.

Called the Makro and was put on the call with the apparent courier who says it’s still at the warehouse and it might get delivered Monday which for me isn’t possible it’s supposed to be delivered a week ago.

If not delivered today going to get my order cancelled and want my money back
