Couches made to fall apart

So after more than a month Makro gets back to me. 4 year old patio couch, in spotless condition, but apparently the internal cushions are suppose to disintegrate at this stage. So their suppliers force you to buy a new couch every 4-5 years?

Sure my Coricraft couch is far older, and not designed to fall apart...

Extract from their response to me on mail:

Due to the age of the set the hollow fibre will start decomposing due to environmental requirements by international standards EN957. The client would need to take the cushions to upholstery manufacture to get the foam replaced.
