contract messed up

hi ,

i went to makro crown mines to upgrade my contract in june2022 at the Vodacom in the store they had the special for the two iPhone 11 for R700 x 36months we went to store and told the lady who handle the contracts to do a upgrade for us she was so busy and distracted she came in late and was all over the place . she made us fill out the forms and gave us the phones she did not inform us about anything and gave us new sim cards and i have taken that everything is fine next month the debit order goes off for R2300 and we was shocked we called vodacom they didnt know why they advised us to go back to makro and the lady said it was fine the account we must reverse the debit order

we did that now i receive a letter from the lawyers saying I'm owing R7000 and that's madness we called Vodacom accounts department and they said the lady didn't cancel the other contract so now we have two contracts on our name and she did not advise us about the upgrade or cancellation she took out a whole new contract which is ridiculous i went to the store they gave me email addresses to contact and now no one is assisting in solving this problem they doing the blame game which I'm not interested in as we can see that they have messed up my account and wont be liable for it or get blacklisted for incompatent
