Continued wrong delivery

I ordered my son's school stationery in December and was very pleased to get a package delivered in two days, only it was not mine. It was a box of things for a older child, so i called to report the mix up, they then send me from pillar to post, and then stopped answering my calls and emails but on social media act like they are helping, FINALLY they pick up the package, but at this point its mid January and my son has had to go to school with no new stationery. I get a message four days later to tell me they are coming to pick up the package -uhmmm- then I finally get another drop off, this time it is a Playstation game.

FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THATS GOOD AND MERCIFUL what does one have to do to get her order around here!
