Contact Centre useless.
Whent into Makro at Lavender Road on the 3rd of September to buy swimwear, there was no stock at all. Phoned today on the 7th of October to find out if the stock arived to find out that all the numbers for the branches go thru to a contact centre and that the people cant assist..... Was given the number of the branch in Silverlakes witch by the way is the number that I phoned on and was told that it would go thru to the branch WITCH BY THE WAY IS NOT THE CASE, but i phoned the number again to go thru to the contact centre once again (WHAT A SUPRISE) You can not be put thru to a manager and they can not contact the branch to find out if there is stock..... PLEASE OPEN THE LINES TO THE BRANCHES SO THAT WE CAN GET ASSISTANCE!!
