Consumer trust lost
Falls advertising in regards to pool filter sand
Im not a specialist so when knowing i have a 3 bag filter do not sell bags of sand that is half the weight of what the standard bag of sand is supposed to be according to all the manufacturers
That is a blatend misuse of consumer trust

It was not a online order
I went in to your shop and was pointed to the pool sand.
It was only after i started filling the filter that i realized that the bags i bought was not the same as what the standard bag size according to the manufacturers would be ... seeing that i now paid 35% more for the sand and almost 61.5% to the best price i could find online
That means on the price that i paid by Makro i over paid by R159 per "1 standard 40kg " bag of filter sand.
Even the special you are running on a combo 4x bags are R41 per bag more expensive.
Makro for years use to be the cheapest when buying bulk.
I guess not any more.
