Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Makro *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I was charged twice on 2/2/2026 for an order that they decided to invalidate. I called in on 3/2/2026 to find out why the order hasn’t been confirmed yet and their answer was that the order was invalidated and only they know what that means. They told me to submit some documents and so I did on 5/2/2026. Since then they only refunded me one amount and apparently ‘they’re still doing investigations on whether the other amount went off from my account or not despite having to submit 2 payment notifications and my bank statement, what more proof do you need. So freaking ****ed. I will gift you money, you make millions and can’t even make a mere refund below R1000.
