Condere 96 cm (43 inch) LED HD Ready TV 2024 From MAKRO

I recently purchased a condere 96 cm (43 inch) LED HD Ready TV 2024 from Makro's online store on February 27, 2024, and I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Upon arrival, I discovered that the TV screen had multiple cracks all over it. Understandably, I contacted Makro immediately to resolve the issue.

Makro advised me to log into their application and initiate a return, which I did. However, I was informed that the TV is a third-party product, and since it doesn't belong to them, they are refusing to take it back. This has left me with a broken TV, and as I purchased it through Payflex, the financial strain is even more difficult for me to bear.

This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel that Makro has been unfair in handling this matter. I am now stuck with a damaged product while still paying for it, and I believe Makro should take responsibility for products sold through their platform, especially when the customer is experiencing such a significant issue.

I hope this can be addressed, as I feel deeply let down by the lack of support and fairness in this case.
