Concerned about my private info

I received an invoice from Makro indicating that i was at the shop on Firday 26 July and u was not. So on Monday 29 July i called the Makro call centre the first lady said someone from the Silver Lakes store will call me back....no cal....so being cncerned that my private info could be i someones possession i called again...this time a gentleman again said someone from the Silver lakes store will contact me....well im still waiting to find out how i can get an invoice with all my correct info and i was not near the store
