Compliment - Makro Ottery - Donovan
I would like to commend Donovan in the Outdoor dept at Makro Ottery. This is the best service I have received in a very long time. Previously I had consultants promise to phone when something comes into stock & have never received a reply.
I was at Makro Ottery on Saturday for a pool which had just sold out. Donovan said he will call when he gets stock. Today Tues, I received a call from Donovan advising that stock has come in. When I got there the pool was in a trolley waiting for me.
I was not feeling the Christmas spirit, but this simple kindness made my heart happy. THANK YOU DONOVAN.
