I called the call centre as i was trying to purchase a TV online but the system kept giving me problems. My call was answered by Richard, i did not get his surname but he assisted me even in creating a profile for me online as I was getting problems.

The call lasted for 40minutes but it was worth it, which resulted in me purchasing and additional product which will be delivered today.

The only problem in your online system, does not is it does not reflect real time because when i was ordering it when the TV got sold out it just kept kicking me out but not saying that the TV was sold out. Until i had to call again and another consultant called in.

At some point when the call got cut off he called me back.
