Completely Unprofessional and Immoral Business Practice

I ordered a Reyee RG-RAP2260-E access point from Makro and paid the price I was quoted etc. The item that was delivered was a Reyee RG-RAP2200-E which I can get locally for cheaper. The price on the RG-RAP2260-E is now double the price I paid on the order. I logged the return 5mins after delivery and Makro didn't even try to rectify and send me the correct item, they just want to do a refund. I know there is stock on the 2260 as I can add it to my basket on Makro online but the price is ridiculous now. As a consumer I ordered an item and paid for the item on the order so I want that item I ordered delivered and not a refund granted because the price is now different.
