Complete goose chase

<p>There is a patio set that has been put on promotion. Product ID: 299694EA</p> <p>Online shows the stores that have stock available; when i call the stores they tell me they dont have any stock available. After running around with calls back and forth of 3 different branches, i called head office. Well i might as well have not as i had to repeat my story several times and all the consultant was able to do was tell me she'll call the stores and get back to me. IVE ALREADY DONE THAT?! </p> <p> </p> <p>My question is why on earth put something on promotion when no1 has stock of it?! Why would the woomead branch have chairs in stock but no tables? Its ridicuous what I have to do just to get what I want. I want a raincheck on the promo. </p>
