Complete Disrespect!

I come across a Makro special on a laptop. I get to the Woodmead store, which I enjoy shopping at. On this particular visit, I enter the electronics area and proceed to the laptops. I check out the all the laptops. Firtsly, the laptop I wanted was advertised for R8999.99, however, in store the price is listed as R9999.99. Secondly, I waited at least 20 minutes and no one came to offer me assistance, many of whom saw my girlfriend and I waiting patiently until I had had enough. I had to ask 3 staff members to see a manager, one of whom tells me that there is no manager in the store. Finally a manager comes through, named Thabiso, I tell him my situation, and he isn't the slightest bit apologetic. He says he will help me. He gives me a quotation and lists R9999.99, I ask him \is this the price"and then only does he say I must only pay R8999.99"
