Complaints

I was dismissed on the 17th January 2023, I signed required documents for my provident fund Nthabeleng Letsoela told me that process of payment after submitting documents it's 8 weeks but till today I've been sending emails to makro but no one is willing to assist. I have sent the first complaint on this platform 2 times already but I don't get any assistance. The insurance company who suppose to release my money Alexander Forbes is also waiting authorization from makro as they also resend my documents to them
