Complaints about provident fund

I worked for Makro for 12 years, I was dismissed on the 17th January 2023. I have filled all the necessary documents for my provident fund but till today I haven't received my money that I have worked for. I have been in contact with the insurance company that supposed to Pay me guess what, the company has not received any authorization forms from makro. Its almost 10 months now makro doesn't even care whether I get my money or not. Now I am running around begging them to send authorization forms to Alexander Forbes so that they can release my money. When I signed the forms for my provident fund with makro they said within 8 weeks they Money will be paid to me now its 10th month and there is no communication nothing.
