Complaints

On the 24th October 2023 I have logged a complaint on hellopeter platform hope to get assistance about my provident fund that is way overdue from Makro/massmart but till today there is no way forward. I even sent an email to massmart pension and provident fund manager hoping that she can help me but that was waste of time instead she provided me with the invalid numbers to call. I also sent an email to Duduzile Mabaso (HR Manager at Makro Alberton) where I was working guess what she didn't even bother to respond and is the reason why my money is still not paid. AS FAR AS I UNDERSTAND MASSMART PROVIDENT FUND TEAM ARE WAITING FOR MY DOCUMENTS FROM DUDUZILE MABASO FROM MAKRO ALBERTON. however I have signed another documents with the insurance company Alexander Forbes who suppose to pay out but they also awaiting for authorization or approval from massmart till today..I have a child need to be taken care of and I am unemployed. Please help me with my benefits..hoping to get a positive feedback this time
