Complaint Resolved

Thank you for finally resolving my complaint about the LG washing machine that I bought. I know it took longer than I anticipated but it finally happened. I must applaud the staff that kept in touch updating me on how far the process of replacing the washing machine was. They were all patient and willing to help.
