Complaint of the services

I am not happy with the services that I received. I called the call center and I have logged a return. I brought a tumble dry in Sept 2020 and then it worked for 2 weeks and then it stopped working. The lights goes on but it doesn't spin. I logged returned on the 2th Oct 2020 and I have still not receive a call, I called on the 15th Oct 2020 and the agent said that he will make a note on the system to call my back on the 16th Oct 2020 at 09:00 the morning. It is now 6:44 at night and I didn't get a call. I have called the call center a few times and I am still waiting for feedback. They can take my money but you don't the receive the serves that you pay for. I closed the tumble dryer so that it can not be damaged. This is the 2nd thing I brought from them and this is the second time I am sending something back that is broken with in a month. I want a manager to contact me with an solution for my issue.
